WHILE I WAS IN GOVT SERVICE I DID TOWN PLANNING FOR THANE NORTH FROM MAJIWADE TO WADAVALI OWALE. WHILE DOING ME CIVIL IN TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING MY DISSERTATION SUBJECT WAS DEVELOPMENT OF THANE RAILWAY STATION AND SURROUNDING AREA COPY OF WHICH WAS GIVEN TO THE THANE MUN COMMISSIONER. WITH THE INCREASING POPULATION TRAFFIC PROBLEMS ARE INCREASING PARTICULARLY IN RAILWAY STATION AREA. THERE FORE BASED ON MY DISSERTATION SUBJECT I THOUGHT THAT THE MENTAL HOSPITAL LAND LOCATED ALONG RAILWAY AS WELL AS ON HIGHWAY IS IDEAL FOR NEW RAILWAY STATION BETWEEN THANE AND MULUND. THIS PROPOSAL WAS EXPLAINED TO THE MP LATE SHRI PRAKASH PARANJAPE SAHEB . HE DID HIS BEST TO CONVEY THE GOVT AUTHORITIES. NOW THE PRESENT COMMISSIONER OF THANE HAS TAKEN NECESSARY STEPS TO DEVELOP THIS NEW PROPOSED RAILWAY STATION ON THE MENTAL HOSPITAL LANDS MY TEL NO. 9869233882 ( SUBHASH D ATHAVALE ,THANE )

    Please be careful while filling fuel from Kailash petrol pump especially when you are lone and you have a car. Their employee will try to divert your attention and short change the fuel quantity. I had frequent bad experience in this petrol pump. Do not do the fuel filling and swiping of Card simultaneously. First you complete petrol filling work and proceed for payment

    AFTER 164 YEARS, NOW THE THANE STATION HAS NOW BECOME BUSY STATION UNABLE TO TAKE THE INCREASED COMMUTER LOAD. THEREFORE I, SUBHASH D ATHAVALE GAVE SUGGESTION TO MY FRIEND LATE SHRI PRAKSAH PARANJAPE ( WHO WAS MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT OF INDIA )IN 1996 TO DEVELOP NEW RAILWAY STATION BETWEEN THANE AND MULUND ON THE LANDS OF MENTAL HOSPITAL LOCATED ALONG RAILWAY TRACK . THIS SUGGESTION WAS BASED ON THE DISSERTATION SUBMITTED BY ME TO THE UNIVERSITY OF PUNE FOR MASTER OF ENGINEERING IN TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING. HON. LATE P PARANJAPE DID HIS BEST DO THE NEEDFUL. IF THIS RAILWAY STATION IS DEVELOPED IMMEDIATELY THIS WILL SOLVE PRESENT TRAFFIC PROBLEMS OF THANE STATION.
