    Pooja Galaxy A wing members have suffered a lot. Please contact them for second opinion to avoid un pleasant surprises later. More than 2 years since possession. Pooja Galaxy A wing still doesnt have the promised club house and Podium level parking. Some playing equipments are installed few months back as a face saving for delay in creating garden (garden is proposed on podium!!).Most members still have not been alloted parking spaces. Builder avoids personal meetings once the flat is sold. Staff members responsible for attending to residents queries are non-cooperative and never give any firm replies. The answers given are always vague any non-relevant to the queries.The builders staff memebers themselves ask residents to seek legal action against builder in caase of any issue , which is rather surprising. Solar heater was in-operation for many nonths , lifts of A wing are always having operations issues and may stop any time. One or two bulbs in the each lifts is non-operational every 2nd day. Such inefficeincy on the part of builder even after taking advance maintenance for 2 years since posession have added to the apathy of residents of Pooja Galaxy A wing, near Vijay nagari annex, waghbil, thane west.

    It is always better to book flats with professional builders (though a bit expensive) rather than regretting later for booking flat with relatively inexperienced builder. Pooja Galaxy A wing members can explain better!!!
