    Hi, Vishal Nagrale here. I had given my car at Modi Hyundai Service station at Thane for servicing and certain repairs and was totally let down and exploited by the service they had given. 1. First of all they charged me with 5500 for the entire work done including the Wheel balancing and the Wheel alignment job (Which they never did) 2. After servicing I found my car vibrating heavily above 120 kmph for which I questioned about the Wheel Balancing & Alignment job. They asked me to bring the car back to the service centre for checking. After check up they said that the the rotation has to be checked from some tyre shop and gave me my car back (What was the point in doing wheel alignment and balancing then. They never do the alignment and balancing job and just charge you for that). Worst part was that they gave me my car back with a BURST TYRE (run only 27000 km) which was irreparable. Also to add to my woes there were dents and huge scratches on the car done by the service centre people. The service centre people removed the dent but are refraining from replacing my damaged tyre blaming about the damage on me. We as a customer's go to the service centre to repair our car's and Modi Hyundai gives back our cars in damaged condition. They are there to steal people's money. I would advice you all, if you love your car please don't do service of your car at any MODI Hyundai service centre. You will get tired and frustrated by their treatment.
