    Lodha do not give possesion on time. Casa Ultima possession was in 2011 June but now they are saying it would be in 2012 Jan. They are really cheaters and take customers for granted. Initially I thought they are professionals like Hiranandani but they are like any other small builders which manipulates possession date.
